According to information published from the Veterinary Pet Centers of America in 1997, the average pet owner expended an average of $180.00 per month on pet care and estimated a 75% increase in spending by year 2001 or $ 315.00. Recent studies have revealed an even higher per month dollar amount of over $ 400.00. During the first three years of operation we anticipate having 50% of the funds needed monthly to operate.
